Quality Inspector (Sheet Metal / Machined Parts)

Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay: $22.00 – $28.00/hour (based on experience)

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Quality Inspector to ensure products meet customer specifications, drawings, and visual standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, precision, and the ability to work independently.

• Interpret customer drawings and specifications
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections on sheet metal and machined parts
• Assess and manage RMAs, including disposition and work order creation
• Document non-conforming materials in the DMR system
• Maintain RMA and inspection records
• Support resolution of manufacturing quality issues
• Contribute to quality reporting for business reviews
• Use Solid Works to support internal teams
• Participate in corrective and preventive action processes

• 5+ years of inspection experience (sheet metal and/or machined parts)
• Strong print reading skills (high-level required)
• Advanced knowledge of GD&T
• Proficient with inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges)
• Solid Excel skills
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
