Group Lead Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Group Lead Operator to join their team. As a Group Lead Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the hardware installation process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety and quality standards, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $21 to $25 upon experience

** Shift:
** 6:30am - 3:30pm, Monday through Friday

** What's the Job?*
* + Lead by example, coach, and manage production employees to ensure efficient workflow.

+ Promote and maintain a safe workplace environment for all team members.

+ Ensure quality standards and customer requirements are consistently met.

+ Inspect operators' work throughout the hardware process to maintain high quality.

+ Monitor production schedules and help meet daily goals effectively.

** What's Needed?*
* + Manufacturing experience required, with familiarity in hardware installation processes a plus.

+ Previous supervisory experience is preferred but not mandatory.

+ Print reading experience is essential.

+ Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and develop team members.

+ Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
