Pay Range: $21 to $25 depending on experience

Shift: 6:30am - 3:30pm, Monday through Friday

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Group Lead Operator to join their team. As a Group Lead Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the hardware installation process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

• Lead by example, coach, and manage production employees to ensure efficient workflow.
• Promote and maintain a safe workplace environment for all team members.
• Ensure quality standards and customer requirements are consistently met.
• Inspect operators’ work throughout the hardware process to maintain high quality.
• Monitor production schedules and help meet daily goals effectively.

• Manufacturing experience required, with familiarity in hardware installation processes a plus.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Print reading experience is essential.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and develop team members.
• Good problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
