Metal Finishing Technician

Job Description:

Location: Methuen, Massachusetts

• Apply powder coatings in a production environment according to established specifications and procedures.
• Ensure proper coating coverage, finish quality, and compliance with thickness requirements.

• Work with a variety of powder coating colors, textures, and finishes to meet production requirements.
• Maintain quality standards while promoting a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

• Three or more years of powder coating experience required.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Understanding of coating mil thickness requirements and specifications.
• Experience using coating thickness inspection and measurement tools.
• Ability to work with a variety of powder types, colors, and textures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM

Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays Off

$22-$27/hour, based on experience
