Role DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time Night Shift Critical Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. This is an on-site position located in Methuen, MA. The responsibilities include assessing and managing critically ill patients, providing comprehensive care during the night shift, collaborating with physicians and the healthcare team, developing and implementing patient care plans, performing advanced procedures, and ensuring high-quality care delivery.
The role requires timely decision-making and excellent communication to support patient outcomes and interdisciplinary teamwork.
- Advanced practice certifications and licensing as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Massachusetts.
- Proficiency in critical care management including skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, and advanced procedures.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of pulmonary and sleep medicine is highly desirable.
- Experience in acute care or critical care settings preferred.
- Ability to work during night shifts and in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Commitment to continuing education and staying updated on best practices in critical care medicine.
