Registered Nurse

Part-Time Clinical Research Registered Nurse (Weekdays)

We're seeking a Registered Nurse to join our growing clinical research team on a part-time weekday schedule (2–3 days per week). This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who enjoys patient care, has strong IV skills, and is interested in contributing to the development of new therapies.

No prior clinical research experience is required
—we're happy to train the right candidate. However,
recent IV/infusion experience is essential
.

• Screen and enroll study participants according to protocol
• Obtain informed consent and conduct follow‑up study visits
• Perform clinical procedures within RN scope of practice, including: IV starts and infusions, Venipuncture/phlebotomy, Injections, Vital signs, ECG/EKGs
• Preparation and dispensing of investigational products
• Document study activities in source records and electronic data capture (EDC) systems
• Collect, process, store, and ship laboratory specimens per protocol
• Monitor and report adverse events, protocol deviations, and safety information
• Coordinate participant scheduling and appointment reminders
• Maintain study documentation, regulatory logs, and study supplies
• Participate in site initiation visits, monitoring visits, and required study training
• Ensure compliance with GCP, ICH, FDA regulations, HIPAA, and site SOPs

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice
• BSN preferred (or equivalent education and experience)
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience
• Strong IV/infusion skills are required
• BLS certification required
• Clinical research experience is not required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, electronic medical records, and clinical documentation systems
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

We're looking for a compassionate, detail‑oriented nurse who enjoys working with patients, adapts well in a fast‑paced environment, and is excited to learn the clinical research process. If you have solid bedside nursing and IV experience, we'll provide the research training you need to succeed.
