Job Description
Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas.
Responsibilities- Oversee employee performance and scheduling
- Lead Inventory Control efforts and operational efforts
- Work with donors to resolve concerns
- Analyze opportunities specific to non-conforming events
- Perform all tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas
- Foster teamwork, communicate and resolve conflicts
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification
- Frequent bending and reaching
- Ability to walk and stand for entire shift, frequent lifting up to 32 pounds and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance
- Prolonged glove wear due to potential exposure to blood borne pathogens

U.S. Hourly Wage Range$26.40 - $36.30
The actual hourly wage may depend on various factors, including qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location. It will comply with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short‑term incentives and participation in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, short‑term and long‑term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well‑being benefits, among others.
U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
