Cafeteria Manager

Must possess good computer skills and be able to accurately balance daily cash sales.

• Prepare all scheduled monthly menu selections with minimal assistance.
• Ensure all HACCP (health and safety) requirements are followed on a daily basis.
• Prepare weekly food and supply orders.
• Assist in the verification of all product received into the unit.
• Uphold all parts of the collective bargaining contract.
• Manage employees and direct training of other staff members to ensure they follow all state nutrition guidelines set forth by the DESE.
• Ensure that all products served are always of the highest quality.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Work closely with satellite programs to ensure the contractual guidelines are being followed and accurate counts are taken for daily meal delivery.
• Pass the state mandated Serv Safe food safety program within 90 days of hiring.
