Famous Footwear Sales Associate

• Ace Retail Operations: Ensure daily store tasks such as pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment, and inventory are handled accurately, keeping the store clean, organized, and all styles easily shoppable.

• Other responsibilities may be performed as needed to ensure business needs are met. Overtime hours may be required.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to build constructive relationships within store.
• Positive communication with all associate levels.
• Independent judgment with partnership to Store Sales Manager.
• Knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Team‑oriented work style.
• Flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.

• Regularly lift up to 40 lbs. from floor to shoulder height using proper equipment and safety techniques.
• Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, climb, push, pull, and lift repetitively.
• Maintain mobility on the sales floor for extended periods.
