Job Description

Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser – Join our team at Mondelēz International to support the merchandising of world‑famous snack brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Steps, capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz' guidelines.
• Ensure sales representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate issues to Mondelēz management.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to provide the most efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• At least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• Positive, professional, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle to a variety of store locations; mileage will be reimbursed.
• Ability to download and use work‑related applications on a personal device.
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment and meet defined physical activities: repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs.; occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.; physically moving products from stock rooms to store floor.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of the primary location (Methuen, MA).
• Schedule availability includes varying days during the week and at least one weekend day required.

Hourly compensation rate ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 based on relevant experience. Other benefits include a 401(k) savings plan, mileage reimbursement (according to company policy), health and well‑being program, employee assistance program, internet reimbursement ($10.00 when a company device is not provided), and safety equipment such as kneeling pads, safety knives, and PPE.
