Job Summary
Responsible for the daily operations of a location and delivering a best-in-class experience for the store team and customers. Provides leadership, coaching, and motivation to the retail sales team to achieve desired sales results and promote a performance-based culture.
Core Responsibilities- Achieves all sales and service metrics through daily supervision, coaching and performance management of the retail sales team.
- Coaches and develops the store team to perform at a high level and provides onboarding support for new hires.
- Maintains store environment in line with planograms and branding standards and ensures all product demos are fully functional.
- Collaborates with store manager to oversee daily sales floor activities, including staffing, scheduling, dress‑code compliance, huddles and resolution of customer escalations.
- Drives operational excellence with a focus on inventory management, cycle counts and compliance with store, channel and company requirements.
- Reviews store reports to identify improvement opportunities in sales, inventory, cash handling, productivity and net promoter system (NPS).
- Coaches team members on product positioning and ensures high‑quality customer service and courtesy.
- Stays current on new products, services, industry trends and reinforces findings with the team.
- Administers cash handling policies, monitors customer feedback and takes action to improve the store experience.
- Provides expertise on sales compensation plans and addresses team member questions.
- Builds relationships with market and regional stakeholders, including the operations manager.
- Must be able to carry and lift up to 25‑pound boxes, stand and move about the store constantly, and work nights, weekends and overtime as needed.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in retail sales or related field.
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience). College coursework and experience may be considered.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred;
Comcast experience preferred. - Strong skills in change management, coaching, customer experience (CX) and results‑oriented compensation.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
- Support corporate initiatives such as the Net Promoter System by attending huddles and providing feedback.
- Understand and apply the company Operating Principles to guide decisions and actions.
- Own the customer experience, offering seamless digital options and turning customers into promoters.
- Act as enthusiastic learners, users and advocates of company technology, products and services.
- Collaborate with teammates, welcome new ideas and drive results together.
