Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Engage customers enthusiastically, demonstrating and explaining product features.
  • Listen to customer needs; provide tailored solutions that align with their preferences and requirements.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow‑up and service excellence.
  • Adjust to a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
  • Facilitate comprehensive onboarding for new customers, ensuring they understand product usage and management.
  • Collaborate with customer care to troubleshoot and resolve issues, fostering trust and ongoing loyalty.
  • Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures, maintaining a consistent and professional store environment.
  • Participate in team huddles and complete required training to maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime as necessary.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Salary

Base Pay: $15.00

Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $22.69.

Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.
