About the RoleWe’re hiring a Floor Manager to be the day‑to‑day leader of the sales floor at our new Methuen CDJR location. You’ll work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with the Sales Manager desking deals, running T.O.s, coaching salespeople in real time, and making sure every guest gets a great experience from the moment they hit the showroom until the moment they drive off. This seat is for a working manager who leads from the floor, not from an office.
Compensation: $75,000–$125,000 per year, paid weekly (base + bonuses on volume, gross, and CSI). Top of the range goes to proven floor leaders who close and coach.
Responsibilities- Desk deals, run T.O.s, and close business alongside the sales team
- Coach and develop salespeople in real time – meet‑and‑greet, write‑up, presentation, close, delivery
- Own the sales floor day‑to‑day – greetings, up‑rotation, traffic flow, and follow‑up execution
- Save a‑deals, work bumps, and defend gross without losing the customer
- Partner with the Sales Manager and GSM to hit monthly volume, gross, and CSI targets
- Run daily save‑a‑deal, morning meetings, and one‑on‑ones with salespeople
- Ensure CRM discipline – every up logged, every follow‑up completed, every promise kept
- Support F&I hand‑offs and back up the delivery process to keep customers happy and moving
- Model the process, culture, and standards for the rest of the floor
- 2+ years of automotive Sales Manager, Floor Manager, or Closer experience required
- CDJR / Mopar dealership experience strongly preferred
- Proven desking skills – payments, finance structures, manufacturer programs, and rebates
- Track record of coaching salespeople to higher volume and higher gross
- Strong closer with the ability to save deals without damaging the customer relationship
- Proficient with dealership CRM and DMS (Dealer track, CDK, Vin Solutions, or similar)
- High‑energy leader who runs the day and sets the tone on the floor
- Process‑driven, accountable, and coachable
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- $75,000–$125,000/yr – paid weekly
