• Post inventory daily on Facebook Marketplace
• Create engaging Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok content
• Answer Facebook Marketplace and social media inquiries
• Schedule appointments
• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and test drives
• Present financing options
• Negotiate professionally
• Ask for reviews and referrals
• Keep CRM notes updated
• Work with management to hit monthly goals
• Stay current on inventory, pricing, financing, and promotions
• Maintain a professional online presence
• Become a recognizable local automotive expert through social media
