$35-$38/hour

Monday-Friday

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support a portfolio of condominium communities throughout the Merrimack Valley area.

This position focuses on exterior maintenance, common areas, and community-wide projects. No apartment turns or work inside residential units.

Responsibilities:

* Exterior property maintenance and repairs

* Painting, drywall, and minor carpentry repairs

* Basic plumbing, electrical and landscape

* Gutter cleaning and drainage maintenance

* Concrete and pothole repairs

* Signage installation and repairs

* Door and lock repairs

* Fire door inspections

* Maintaining curb appeal

Requirements:

* 3+ years maintenance, facilities, or construction experience

* Valid driver's license

* Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and landscape

* Truck or van to transport tools and equipment

* Basic hand tools

* Ability to work independently and travel between properties

* Comfortable working on ladders and outdoors
