NFI Massachusetts Inc., a nonprofit human service agency, is currently seeking an Assistant program Director for our ABI (Acquired Brain Injury) program located in Methuen, MA.
The program offers residents a full range of services including assistance with activities of daily living, recreational opportunities, individual support, transportation, and coordination of medical needs and services. The residence has been carefully designed with an open floor plan, attractive communal and private living areas. The goal of the program is to enable adults to live in a less restrictive setting, to offer the maximum level of independence, and to fully engage in community life.
The Assistant Program Director will be responsible for assisting the Program Director in the day to day operations of the program, including administrative tasks, staff supervision, oversight of client care and treatment coordination.
- Program improvement.
- Training.
- Fiscal management.
- Incident response and investigation.
- Policy implementation.
- Troubleshooting.
- Supervision and development of staff.
- Communication with families, funding and licensing representatives.
- Ability to support all agency initiatives and respond to multiple stakeholders are all part of the job.
- On-call responsibilities.
Job Requirements:
- Qualified candidates will have one to two years of supervisory experience working with a similar population and/or possess a bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle is a must.
- Schedule requires a level of flexibility.
Salary: $55,000 annually.

Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, 403(b) Retirement Plan, 3 weeks paid vacation time, Paid Sick Leave and Tuition reimbursement up to $2500 per fiscal year.
