School Bus Driver

NRT Bus | Methuen, MA

Pay: $30.06–$31.93 per hour. Paid training: $20 per hour. Charter/Activity Trips: $27 per hour. Weekdays only – no nights, weekends, or holidays. Weekly pay + guaranteed minimum hours.

No CDL? No problem. We provide paid training. Already a fully licensed CDL driver (A or

B) with P & S endorsements? Earn a $10,000 sign‑on bonus (effective March 6, 2026).

  Part‑time, split shift (AM/PM)
• Weekdays only – no nights, weekends, or holidays

• Safely transport students to and from school and events
• Drive assigned local routes
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle

• Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies

• CDL Class B (or higher) with P & S endorsements (or willingness to obtain – we train!)
• Valid DOT medical card—or able to obtain one
• Safe driving record
• Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience
• Ability to pass background check & drug screening
• Effectively communicate in English (spoken & written)
