School Bus Driver

Position Overview

School Bus Driver (Part‑Time) at NRT Bus, Inc.
Methuen, MA
. Pay: $30.96-$32.89/hour effective August 24, 2026 with paid training at $20/hour.

Schedule:

Part‑time, split shift (AM/PM) weekdays only. Guaranteed minimum hours.

• Paid CDL training – no experience required

• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections

• Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff
• Follow all state and local traffic laws and school district policies

• CDL Class B (or higher) with P & S endorsements, or willingness to obtain – training provided
• Valid DOT medical card, or ability to obtain one
• Clean driving record
• Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Effectively communicate in English (spoken and written)
