Clerk

GXO Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented Clerk to support our transportation and warehousing operations. In this role, you will process inbound and outbound shipments, perform accurate data entry in warehouse systems, and help manage inventory through picking, packing and cycle counts. You'll prepare shipping documentation, verify carrier details and coordinate with drivers and supervisors to keep freight moving efficiently. Working on-site in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment, you'll use technology, RF scanners and basic material handling equipment while collaborating with a performance-driven team to meet service and productivity goals.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify and accurately process inbound and outbound shipments
• Perform data entry of inventory movements in warehouse management systems
• Pick, pack and label orders according to customer requirements
• Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliations
• Prepare shipping documents and verify carrier information
• Operate pallet jacks and other basic material handling equipment safely
• Maintain clean, safe and organized work areas in the warehouse
• Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to meet performance targets
• Follow safety, security and quality procedures and report issues
• Support continuous improvement and lean logistics initiatives
