Packer Team Member

Marathon Staffing is hiring a Packer Team Member for a light industrial client. In this role, you will accurately pack, label, and prepare products for shipment while following safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include inspecting items for damage, counting and sorting products, building and sealing boxes, and maintaining a clean, organized work area. You'll use basic warehouse tools, follow written work orders, and meet daily productivity goals.

Responsibilities

• Pack, label, and seal products according to work orders
• Inspect items for damage and verify counts and accuracy
• Assemble boxes and packing materials for shipments
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Use basic warehouse tools and equipment as directed
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
