Perform routine maintenance of air conditioning and heating systems;
Test fire alarm systems and fire safety equipment as scheduled/needed;
Perform generator testing and routine maintenance as scheduled/needed;
Assist with general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and miscellaneous repairs
