I am looking for dynamic, growth-oriented Sales Representatives to manage and expand our business across our key product divisions. In this role, you will not just be selling from an existing catalog. I am looking for a proactive professional who can collaborate with retail buyers to create, develop, and sell custom product lines. You will have the opportunity to work across both our generic, unbranded product lines and our major licensed brand portfolios.
The ideal candidate is someone who can nurture existing retail partnerships while aggressively opening new accounts, using their relationships to drive collaborative product development.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing accounts to ensure continued growth and satisfaction.
- Identify and open new retail accounts to expand our market presence.
- Collaborate closely with retail buyers to cultivate relationships, identify market gaps, and co-develop new products or entire lines.
- Drive sales for both generic merchandise and high-profile licensed products.
- Move beyond transactional catalog sales by pitching creative, tailored product solutions that align with buyer needs.
- Proven track record in wholesale sales, account management, and new business development.
- Demonstrated experience working with retail buyers, with the ability to leverage those relationships for product development.
- Experience handling both licensed properties and generic product categories is highly preferred.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to conceptualize product ideas and present them effectively to clients.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
