Route Driver and Labor - CDL NOT Required

Roll up your sleeves and dive into an exciting opportunity with 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Our team is looking for energetic Truck Team Members for our afternoon shift who thrive on results, enjoy physical work, and love engaging with customers while cruising in our junk trucks.

Our office is located in East Brunswick; however, we offer remote start locations around the central New Jersey area.

Flexible Scheduling
: (We operate 7 days a week). Day & Afternoon Shifts. Full-time – 4 Shifts per week (8‑12 hour shifts). Part-time – 2‑3 Shifts per week (still 8‑12 hour shifts). Immediate start dates & paid training.

Pay (Hour rate + Tips + Performance Based Bonus). Total Average Earnings: $22 – $26/hour.

• The day starts with a commercial vehicle inspection, followed by a morning meeting.
• Teams of two will head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers’ homes and properties and take away their unwanted items while leaving smiles on their faces.
• Provide detailed estimates/quotes and final pricing to each customer.
• Once your truck is full, you will dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donating, and waste management facilities.
• To run efficiently, teams must maintain communication throughout the day with our dedicated and fun operations team.
• Feel amazing about helping your community.

• You are 21+ years of age (Required for commercial truck Insurance).
• Possess a valid driver’s license (No CDL Required!)
• Have a clean driving history clean 3-years (No points, suspensions, or violations).
• Possess a positive and friendly attitude, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Physically able to lift 50lbs+ repeatedly.
• Previous sales and customer service experience will aid in the success of our team.
