A Head Chef is required for a multi outlet hotel near Doncaster. This 50 bedroom hotel has its own banqueting facilities but the main revenue of business is the pub which can do upto 400 a day.
This Head Chef role near Doncaster is ideal for any branded restaurant or pub Head Chef who can cope with volume with some events experience. You will lead and motivate kitchen teams across multiple service areas, plan weddings and conferences, and drive cost control while maintaining high hygiene
