NBH Bank seeks a Mortgage Banker I to generate mortgage loan production from banking center leads, referral sources, realtors and builders. You will originate at least 60 first mortgage units annually and develop referral partnerships to grow the bank's presence.
You will align mortgage priorities with the Client Experience, maintain BSA/OFAC compliance and monitor market trends to refine sales strategies. Strong communication and integrity are essential.
