NBH Bank is seeking a Mortgage Banker I to generate mortgage loan production from bank leads, referrals, realtors and builders. You will originate at least 60 first‑lien mortgage units annually and build referral networks with NBH Banking Center staff.
You will balance mortgage priorities with client experience, compliance, and operational requirements, while expanding the bank’s market presence and servicing clients. Strong regulatory knowledge and a proven sales record are required.
