Fluid Power Support was founded in 2000. Over the last 25 years we have become a state‑of‑the‑art metal fabrication facility mastering CNC, robotic welding, laser technologies, power folding, punching, shearing, sand blasting and powder coating systems. With over 100 employees and a massive lineup of equipment, we continue to invest in our business to ensure we have state‑of‑the‑art equipment and technologies to provide economical products and services to our customers.

As a Welder at Fluid Power Support, you will apply appropriate welding processes to join, surface, fabricate and repair parts of metal or other weldable materials according to layouts, work orders, blueprints, schematics and sketches using manual welding equipment.

• Perform high quality welds in all positions (vertical up, down, flat and overhead).
• Follow Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS).
• Perform high quality welds on stainless steel and other alloys.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and engineering drawings.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure welds meet specifications and standards.
• Maintain welding equipment.
• Utilize various hand tools, power tools and measuring instruments to complete tasks.
• Repair parts that fail inspection.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Successful completion of internal welding test.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Dependable and punctual.
• Manages time wisely.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Certificate.
• 3‑5 years of experience in various forms of welding.

• Full‑time position, 40+ hours per week.
• Day shift – Monday thru Friday.

• Regular and predictable attendance is required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment up to 70 lbs unassisted, bend, stand, climb or walk.
