Western Smokehouse Partners is seeking a Sanitation Team Member in Mexico, MO to ensure clean and hygienic conditions for food production. You will sanitize equipment, rooms and surfaces, document cleaning activities and support lockdown procedures under supervision.
Qualified applicants have a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year sanitation/manufacturing experience, and knowledge of GMP/OSHA. The role requires standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and PPE usage in a cold environment.
