What You'll Do:One-on-one nursing care for pediatric and young adult patients hospital politics, no patient ratios – just you, your patient, and their family.

What We’re Looking For:- Active LPN or RN license (state required)
- Dependable, compassionate, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently in a home setting
- Strong communication and observational skills
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Experience providing one-on-one pediatric nursing care in home settings is a plus.
- Ability to administer medications and monitor changes in patient condition is a plus.
- Experience partnering with families and care teams is a plus.
