Part Time – primarily Early Morning work; flexible hours available.

- Coach and train Inventory Associates – accuracy matters.

- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two years experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time‑management.
- Excellent customer service and conflict‑resolution skills focused on solutions.
- Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours to support the District Manager and customer commitments.
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
- Comfort learning and training handheld scanners or count tools.
- Strong focus and attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
- Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
- Encouraged applicants: no degree needed, returning to the workforce, military experience.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Willing to submit to a pre‑employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen if required.
- A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, or meeting WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.
This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, occasional walking, use both hands for repetitive motions, frequent low‑level positions (squatting, kneeling, crouching), use of ladder, lift & carry up to 25 lbs, and travel via car and occasionally plane including overnight stays.
