• Operate all equipment and stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product, receive and process telephone orders, and take inventory while completing associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
• Accurately add, subtract, multiply, and divide while using a calculator as necessary.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Deliver product by car to customers’ doors and deliver flyers or door hangers.
• Navigate delivery routes, read maps, locate addresses, and traverse multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.

• Minimum age 18 years or older.
• Positive attitude, self‑motivated, and customer service‑oriented.
• Willingness to learn and excel.
• Valid driver’s license with at least a two‑year good driving record.
• Reliable vehicle and proof of liability insurance.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written and verbal instructions.
• Motor coordination to make precise movements quickly.
• Effective verbal, writing, and telephone skills.
