Projects & Business Controller

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Projects and Business Controller to join our controlling team. This pivotal role combines financial expertise with a strong focus on driving transformation projects and process automation. This position is a 2‑year fixed‑term contract based in Meyrin reporting to the Head of Controlling.

In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

• Acting as the local finance business partner to our Maisons, providing insightful commentary, challenging assumptions, and explaining financial performance.
• Offering comprehensive financial support to facilitate informed decision‑making.
• Leading the budget and forecasting processes for the Maisons in collaboration with local commercial teams and headquarters, meticulously tracking and analysing deviations against plan.

• Serving as a key stakeholder in the strategic re‑thinking and continuous improvement of current processes and organisational structures.
• Functioning as a PMO to coordinate group, regional and local projects at the market level, ensuring alignment and successful execution.
• Re‑engineering and automating repetitive operations to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Collaborating closely with various functions to develop and implement automated and digitised solutions.
• Partnering with other controlling teams on digitalisation and data visualisation initiatives to provide robust analysis for business and strategic decision‑making.

• Master's degree or equivalent in an analytics‑related field (e.g., management, finance, economics, engineering).
• Over five years of professional experience in finance or consulting.
• Demonstrated capabilities in automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate…); digital solutions (e.g., Power Platform…); data visualisation tools (e.g., Looker, PowerBI, Tableau…); and data analytics management (e.g., Alteryx, Knime, SQL, Python for data scripting, Dataiku…).
• Strong experience with SAP is a significant advantage.
• Highly dedicated, adaptable and autonomous with a strong sense of initiative.
• Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills, combined with a solid understanding of finance and accounting principles.
• Fluent in English with a good working knowledge of French;
  German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Switzerland.
