As an Accounting Clerk, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the financial team by managing day-to-day accounting tasks and ensuring accuracy across all transactions. Accounting Clerk Responsibilities:

• Process Accounts Payable, following a detailed multi-step approval workflow
• Manage Accounts Receivable, including tracking and following up on outstanding balances
• Reconcile daily payments and maintain accurate records
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records
• Prepare and post journal entries as needed
• Support month-end close and assist with financial statement preparation

Qualifications:

• 1–3+ years of experience in accounting, AP/AR, or bookkeeping
• Prior experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is a plus
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as Restaurant 365, Quick Books, or Xero preferred
• Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
