What You’ll Do

Process a high volume of invoices (approximately 200 per week)
Handle vendor payments and ensure timely processing
Perform 3‑way matching to verify accuracy of invoices
Assist with month‑end AP close activities
Research and resolve discrepancies while maintaining accurate records

What We’re Looking For

2–5+ years of Accounts Payable experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
Experience with Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
Familiarity with Great Plains is a plus
Reliable, team‑oriented, and able to manage deadlines
