What You'll Do

• Process a high volume of invoices (approximately 200 per week)
• Handle vendor payments and ensure timely processing
• Perform 3-way matching to verify accuracy of invoices
• Assist with month-end AP close activities
• Research and resolve discrepancies while maintaining accurate records

What We're Looking For

• 2-5+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
• Familiarity with Great Plains is a plus
• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to manage deadlines
