Mighty Travel LLC, which owns two retail expedition cruise brands, is looking for a part-time position of Financial Controller.

Responsibilities
  • Managing various accounts in Quickbooks.
  • Monthly reconciliation and reporting.
  • Overseeing and managing accounts payables and receivables, refunds, credit notes, payroll, and otherwise.
  • Communication with sales staff regarding entries in our proprietary software, Departure Finder.
  • Management of various business accounts with Chase.
    • Qualifications
  • College Education, BS or higher.
  • Willing and able to work at an office at minimum 2-3 days a week, in Miami Beach. More during initial training.
  • Highly motivated, organized, trustworthy individual willing to commit to a long-term contract.
