All In One Employment Services is recruiting for a growing Miami company seeking a Bilingual Accounting Clerk with experience in billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, administrative support, and customer service

• Prepare and process invoices and billing records
• Follow up on outstanding accounts and payments
• Maintain accurate accounting and CRM records
• Verify documentation and resolve billing discrepancies
• Provide administrative support and communicate with customers and internal staff
• Assist with general office and accounting duties

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Experience in billing, accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative support
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and accounting software
