Our client is seeking a Director of Finance / Senior Hotel Accounting professional with strong, hands-on M3 accounting software experience to support the opening and setup of new hotel properties. This is a high-intensity, project-focused role requiring someone who can quickly establish accounting structures, build financial reporting processes, and bring existing records up to date.

The ideal candidate will have a strong hotel accounting background, advanced Excel skills, and direct experience working in M3
. Experience with hotel openings and F&B outlet accounting is a plus.

• Establish and update the chart of accounts for new hotel properties and F&B outlets.
• Manually add and configure accounts within M3 to support new outlets and operations.
• Build P&L statements and core financial reporting templates.
• Partner with on-site hotel teams to determine financial reporting needs and requirements.
• Bring accounting records up to date across multiple properties.
• Use advanced Excel and M3 to develop efficient accounting structures, reporting workflows, and processes.
• Perform other senior-level hotel accounting and finance duties as needed.
