Oak View Group - - Responsibilities:
Support event readiness and coordination for conventions, trade shows, and special events, including Public Safety and Transportation logistics, access control coordination, traffic planning, and transportation operations.;
Maintain departmental calendars; schedule meetings; compile and distribute meeting agendas, notes, communications, and follow-up items.;
Maintain departmental records, trackers, and digital document systems (SharePoint and related platforms).;
Assist with incident reporting documentation, data entry, follow-up tracking, and preparation of after-action reports and operational summaries.;
Assist with coordinating communication and information sharing between Public Safety, Transportation, Event Management, contractors, vendors, and City agencies.
