Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable On-Site Services Specialist to support our client’s operations in Miami Beach. This role is perfect for a proactive professional with experience in office support, copy services, or production print. You will be the backbone of the office’s document workflow, ensuring that high-volume equipment is maintained and that production requests are completed with precision.
Qualifications- Experience:
1–2 years of related field (Copy Center, Print Shop, Office Services preferred). - Education:
High School Diploma or GED required. - Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office and email systems; ability to operate office machinery (shrink-wrap machines, paper cutters, hole drillers, etc.). - Soft Skills:
Excellent customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Movement:
Extensive standing and walking between buildings are required. - Lifting:
Ability to lift and move paper cartons and items weighing up to 55 lbs. Capability to push/pull equipment on wheels (up to 700 lbs.) for repairs or relocation. - Environment:
Professional office setting with a Business Casual dress code.
- Interview Process:
Initial rounds will be conducted via phone or virtually, with a potential in-person meeting if necessary.
Salary: $18 - $20 per hour ;
Shift: First ;
Work hours:
9 AM - 6 PM ;
Education requirement:
High School.
- Production & Copying: Operate high-volume duplicating and digital imaging equipment. Perform binding, finishing, and book assembly for professional-grade output.
- Fleet Management: Conduct daily inspections of the copier fleet to restock paper, clear jams, and ensure equipment is functioning at peak performance.
- Mail & Shipping: Sort and distribute incoming mail/faxes, apply postage, and handle the shipping/receiving of products and supplies.
- Logistics & Maintenance: Coordinate service calls for equipment repairs, maintain inventory logs for supplies, and perform light maintenance or meeting room setups as needed.
- Customer Service: Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries regarding job status and technical feasibility.
