Input, update, and oversee the scheduling calendar and booking platform/CRM system for MBCC;
Maintain bi-monthly update of the Calendar of Events;
Administer booking leads from GMCVB, Cvent and the website;
Assist Sales Managers with contracts, revisions, and addendums;
Provide reception coverage and respond to inquiries while supporting sales activities
