Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and proposals for construction projects.
- Request and review proposals from vendors.
- Attend Pre-Bid meetings or pre-construction meetings.
- Job site visits as required.
- Collaborate closely with architects and other professionals to understand the scope of work and project requirements.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in estimating within the general contractor industry.
- Extensive knowledge in quantity take off, and proposal preparation.
- Proficiency in quantity take off software is a must.
- Expertise in navigating specifications and plans effectively.
- A Bachelor’s degree in architecture, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of construction costs, methods, and industry standards.
- Spanish (Recommended)
