• Manage active residential and light commercial painting projects
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients during production
• Coordinate schedules, crews, and subcontractors to keep jobs on track
• Ensure job-site readiness, cleanliness, safety, and quality standards
• Communicate daily updates and expectations to customers
• Help resolve issues or complaints quickly and professionally
• Track progress, photos, notes, and updates in the CRM
• Support final walkthroughs and job close-outs
• Assist with materials coordination and basic job planning

• Fluent in English and Spanish required to communicate with clients and crews
• Strong people skills and customer-service mindset
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in the field and driving between job sites
• Coachable, motivated, and eager to grow into senior responsibility
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Prior experience in painting, construction, or field operations is a plus, but not required if you bring the right attitude and work ethic

• Full-time, W-2 Employment
• Pay Range: $55,000 to $75,000 per year (based on experience + performance bonuses)
• Bonus opportunities based on project quality, timeliness, and customer feedback
• 5-Star Review Bonus: $50 per review
• Clear growth path to Senior Project Manager
