Loss Production Manager

Overview

A top restoration company is looking for a Large Loss Production Manager
. They need someone who is skilled with selling, writing, and running both residential and commercial losses. They will handle reconstruction projects. The ideal candidate will have a reconstruction and Restoration background. Must have experience writing Xactimate estimates.

• Sell, write, and run both residential and commercial losses
• Handle reconstruction projects
• Manage projects over 100k in revenue
• Coordinate subcontractors/vendors on projects
• Prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Provide exceptional customer communication and service

• 5+ years Restoration/Reconstruction industry experience
• Solid restoration knowledge and reconstruction experience
• Experience writing Xactimate estimates (Xactimate software preferred)
• Excellent presentation and written/verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of the property/insurance industry
