A leading General Contractor is seeking an experienced Healthcare Superintendent to oversee the construction of complex healthcare projects throughout the Miami market. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established builder with a strong pipeline of hospital, medical office, outpatient, and specialty healthcare projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and field staff.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and short-term look-ahead plans.
• Lead site safety initiatives and maintain compliance with all OSHA requirements.
• Conduct subcontractor meetings and coordinate inspections with local authorities.
• Partner closely with project management teams, owners, and healthcare stakeholders.
• Maintain infection control, interim life safety measures, and healthcare-specific construction standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Superintendent experience on healthcare construction projects.
• Proven experience delivering hospital, medical office, outpatient, surgical center, or similar healthcare facilities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, AHCA requirements, and infection control procedures is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple trades while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
• Stable work history with reputable General Contractors.
