Builcore is a luxury general contractor based in Miami Beach. We seek an experienced Construction Project Estimator to join our team, focusing on accurate cost estimates, detailed proposals, and evaluating vendor and subcontractor bids for high-end projects.
The right candidate will have at least 5 years of estimating experience in the GC industry, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work full-time from our Miami Beach office. English proficiency is required;
Spanish is preferred.
