Concrete Construction Worker

We are seeking hardworking Construction Restoration Technicians to join our growing team. This position involves a variety of hands-on restoration and repair activities including concrete repairs, steel preparation and replacement, waterproofing, stucco repair, painting, and caulking. • Perform concrete repair and restoration work.
• Chip, patch, and finish concrete surfaces.
• Prep, clean, and coat structural steel components.
• Remove and replace damaged steel as directed.
• Apply waterproofing systems, sealants, and caulking.
• Complete stucco repairs and surface restoration.
• Perform commercial and residential painting.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Set up and maintain safe work areas.
• Follow project specifications and safety procedures.
• Work from ladders, scaffolding, swing stages, or lifts when required.
• Assist with material handling and site cleanup.

• OSHA 10 Certification (Required)
• 1+ years of construction, restoration, concrete, masonry, waterproofing, painting, or related experience.
• Ability to use basic construction tools and equipment.
• Comfortable working outdoors in South Florida weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to job sites throughout Miami-Dade County.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the day.

• Experience with construction, concrete, waterproofing, caulking, stucco, and painting.
• Familiarity with using general labor tools such as power tools, hand tools, and tape measures.

Work outdoors in the elements, Monday through Friday with some Saturdays. Must be comfortable working on swing stages and heights.

This is a Permanent position based out of Miami Beach, FL.

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $56160.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
