Job Overview
As a Porter (Special Project), positions will be for 1 year on a temporary basis. The role may be indoor to maintain the interior of the community, outdoor to maintain the exterior, or a mixture of both.
Your Responsibilities- Arrive and check in with Front Desk and will be assigned to an installation crew.
- Management office will provide the key to unlock unit, and the associate will be in the unit with the installation crew at all times.
- Associate confirms that floor protection is installed acceptably and that the crew will be working in unit balcony only.
- Associate will accompany crew as needed throughout the building since the installation crew is a 3rd party.
- Associate at end of day verifies that floor protection is good and clean, balcony door is closed and will lock unit.
- High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Walk and climb stairs; handle, finger, grasp and feel objects and equipment; reach with hands and arms.
- Ability to quickly and easily navigate the property/building as required to meet the job functions.
- Ability to respond to emergencies in a timely manner.
$16 hourly; paid bi-weekly
ScheduleMonday-Friday 8am-4:00pm
