Position Overview

As a Personal Banker (Bilingual in Spanish preferred) with PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based at the Miami Beach Branch, 1617 Alton Road, Miami Beach, FL 33139.

Job Description- Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities; manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and grow customer share of wallet.
- Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service‑to‑sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement.
- Provide a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions and leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
- Create a differentiated customer experience, perform lobby engagement activities, and educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively, thereby driving loyalty.
- Manage risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits, and participating in daily branch operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Customer Focused – Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions, and able to leverage that information to create customized solutions.
- Managing Risk – Assess and effectively manage all risks associated with business objectives and activities to ensure adherence to PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Work ExperienceTypical roles at this level require an associate's degree or equivalent experience or product knowledge. The role typically requires 3+ years of experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
