As a Personal Banker (Bilingual in Spanish preferred) with PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based at the Miami Beach Branch, 1617 Alton Road, Miami Beach, FL 33139.

Job Description
  • Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities; manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and grow customer share of wallet.
  • Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service‑to‑sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement.
  • Provide a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions and leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
  • Create a differentiated customer experience, perform lobby engagement activities, and educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively, thereby driving loyalty.
  • Manage risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits, and participating in daily branch operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
