We are seeking a professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, experience in the hospitality industry, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome residents and guests upon arrival.
Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately.
Assist residents with requests and promptly resolve any issues.
Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
Manage internal software, systems, and computers efficiently.
Previous experience in customer service or the hospitality industry is preferred. (minimum 6 months)
Advanced English proficiency is essential, as frequent communication with residents is required.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
A high level of customer service to ensure residents' needs are met professionally and efficiently.
Availability to work 16 to 40 hours per week. Flexible schedule AM and PMA professional and friendly attitude towards residents and visitors.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
